It used to be that broadsheets were bigger than tabloids. Also broadsheets were considered more serious covering political and arty topics in greater depth. Tabloids were considered to cover topics in a less high brow manner. Now certain newspapers are considered to be "broadsheets" but their actual size may have changed.

broadsheets is professional and formal to express news and more specially to describe what happened
tabloid would like to express through picture and simple saying to describe news, maybe can be easy to understand and know topic as soon as possible
i prefer to read broadsheet, because i can be easy to know what it is important information i need to know, maybe that news is closed for my life. on then other hand, i think i should read formal express from the newspaper as student so that i can know a lot of new words to use into my blog and writing.
